★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanannya sgt lambat..di pendaftaran,dokternya sering telat dtg..apalagi di farmasi bpjs yg si belakang maaya Allah lelet amat petugasnya..rata2 3 jam baru dpt obat.. astaghfirullah halazim.tolong tim manajemen si baca ini dan di perbaiki layannya .
The service is very slow.. at registration, the doctor is often late.. especially at the bpjs pharmacy which is behind, maaya Allah, the staff is very slow.. it takes 3 hours to get medicine on average.. astaghfirullah halazim. Please the management team read this and fix the service.

Jadwal jam 8 pagi. Baru ada dokter Jam 11 siang bahkan jam 12 bisa juga jam 1.
Ngaret nya ga ada akhlak.

Schedule at 8 am. There is only a doctor at 11 o'clock in the afternoon, even 12 o'clock can also be 1 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah parah banget,suster pendaftaran judes2 padahal umum.tiap daftar pasti naik trs pendaftaran! kalo igd nya parah banget orang udah sakit banget dikasih rincian dulu total biaya,,,, katanya menerima bpjs!!!itu rs mata duitan banget ketauan...beda sm rs lain yg rating 5 klo kita sakit pake bpjs yg lgsng di layami ramah.ga ada di minta bayar2 kyk rd mu.bagus kita laporin rame2 spy rs itu di tutup aja!!!! Nyusasin orang sakit yg pake bpjs!!!!
It's really bad, the registration nurse is bitchy even though it's general. Every registration must go up, then registration! If the IGD is really bad, the person is already very sick. The details first, the total cost, he said he received the BPJS!!! It was a very mercenary hospital that was caught... it's different from other hospitals with a rating of 5, if we are sick, we use BPJS which is directly served by friendly staff No one is being asked to pay like your RD. It's good that we report a lot of spy rs. It's just closed!!!! Take care of sick people who use bpjs!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bgt pelayanannya. Pasien dr pagi gak di kasih makan, baru di kasih makan jam 11 siang. Belum lagi pelayanannya yg super luaamaaaaa bgt, minta di cek infus nya kenapa gak jalan aja buset deeh, 10x ngomong dulu baru di kerjain. Gak banget deh ini rumah sakit. Kalo sakit mending ke klinik biasa kayanya dari pada ksitu.NOT RECOMENDED HOSPITAL
The service is terrible. The patient has not been fed since this morning, only given food at 11 pm. Not to mention the super awesome service, ask for the infusion to be checked, why doesn't it just work, damn it, 10 times talking first and then working on it. This is not really a hospital. If you're sick, it's better to go to a regular clinic instead of like that. NOT RECOMMENDED HOSPITAL
