★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sama pelayanannya,karena saya baru saja beli rautan pas di buka ternyta rusak/patah tdk bisa di pakai,lain kali di mohon saat melakukan pembayaran di kasir di cek kembali oleh kasir bahwa barang yg akan di beli dlm kondisi baik..!!!!
Disappointed with the service, because I just bought a sharpener when I opened it, it turned out to be damaged/broken and couldn't be used, next time I ask that when making payment at the cashier, check again by the cashier that the item to be purchased is in good condition...!!! !

tapi untuk yang lagi mepet mau beli hadiah ataupun kebutuhan sekolah dsb bisa bangetttt kesini karena cukup lengkap. sering ada promo juga. tapi mohon teliti ya pas pilih2 barangnya karena seringkali saya temukan ada yg tidak layak jual (mungkin kurang teliti pas sortir/QC-nya).
satu hal yang dari dulu saya rasa kurang diperhatikan oleh manager/pengelola idolmart Makasar ini adalah pencahayaan, penataan dan juga kualitas pelayanan dari staff2 storenya.
pramuniaga2nya nampak sekali bkn org2 yg terlatih atau mmng tdk ada proses pnyeleksian dan briefing yang baik pd para karyawannya.
semoga lebih baik kedepannya~
can't really comment much. because of course there is a price there is quality.
but for those who are in a hurry to buy gifts or school supplies, etc., you can come here because it is quite complete. there are often promos too. but please be careful when choosing the items because often I find some that are not worth selling (maybe I wasn't very careful when sorting/QC).
One thing that I think has never been noticed by the manager/manager of this Makassar Idolmart is the lighting, arrangement and also the quality of service from the store staff.
the sales assistants seem to be not trained people or there is no proper selection and briefing process for their employees.
hope it will be better in the future~
