★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih saya, sudah capek2 muter2 cari alamat. Sampe klinik cuma di suruh gosok gigi doank. Pindah klinik identist lain, gigi anak saya dibersihin dan di tambal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun buka jam 9.00 WIB tapi sy sarankan pasien datang jam 10.00 WIB atau telpon dulu sebelumnya. Karena dokter jarang sudah hadir jam 9.00 WIB, pernah coba tanya ke resepsionis kenapa demikian, jawabannya jam buka kantor memang jam 9.00 WIB tapi jam buka praktek tergantung dokter datang.
?. Mungkin harus ditata-ulang antara informasi dan kenyataan dilapangannya.

Pengalaman berikutnya sptnya admin yg atur jadwal konsul gigi (merapikan gigi) juga kurang. Anak sy dijadwalkan datang tgl 25 Ags 21, tiba2 pada hari H dibatalkan krn drg berhalangan, dan akan di reskedul. Sampe 28 Sept 21 tidak ada berita reskedul, sy hub via WA kapan reskedul, dijawab tgl 6 Okt 21 jam 15:00. Fixed dicatat oleh anak sy. Tiba2 tgl 1 Okt 21 iDentis WA sy lagi minta penegasan apa tgl 2 Okt 21 jam 11:15 bisa (aduhh ini gimana sih??), kebetulan anak sy tidak bisa, lalu sy tanya ttg jadwal tgl 6 Okt 21 yg sebelumnya sudah diinfokan, dgn mudah iDentis jawa "sudah terisi pasien lain"
Kayaknya petugasnya harus diganti deh.

Because doctors are rarely present at 9.00 WIB, have you tried asking the receptionist why is that, the answer is that the office opening hours are at 9.00 WIB but the practice opening hours depend on the doctor coming.
?. Maybe it should be rearranged between the information and the reality on the ground.

Subsequent experiences such as the admin who set the schedule for the dental consul (tooth straightening) were also lacking. My son was scheduled to come on 25 Aug 21, suddenly on the D day it was canceled due to his absence, and will be rescheduled. Until 28 Sept 21 there was no rescheduled news, I contacted via WA when rescheduled, answered on 6 Oct 21 at 15:00. Fixed being recorded by my son. Suddenly, on October 1, 21 iDentis WA, I asked for confirmation whether on October 2, 21, at 11:15 am I could (what is this?), my son happened to be unable, so I asked about the schedule for October 6, 21, which was previously informed, easily iDentis java "already filled with other patients"
Looks like the staff needs to be replaced.
