★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket udh sampe di TH Ciledug 13/09/2021 sampe sekarang belum di kirim2 jg sama driver. Yaampun knp sih id express. Padahal lg urgent bgt sama itu barang. Kirain milih id express bakalan lebih cpt dari jnt,sicepat,antaraja,ninja Xpress,eh Ternyata malah lebih lama huhu
 The package has arrived at TH Ciledug 13/09/2021 until now it has not been sent either by the driver. Oh my gosh, why is ID Express? Even though it's really urgent with that item. I thought choosing Express ID would be faster than JNT, Sicepat, Antaraja, Ninja Xpress, eh, it actually took longer huhu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Padahal udah nyampe di ciledug, eh ternyata malah dibalikkin lagi ke tempat penjualnya katanya pihak id express ga mau ngirim karna barangnya melebihi kapasitas seharusnya. Saya pesen barang yg sama, dianter pake SICEPAT aja udah nyampee loh, dan barangnya 1 kg aja ga nyampe! Yang saya permasalahkan adalah kenapa barangnya malah dibalikkin lagi ke penjual?!? Toh udah sampe di ciledugg, kalo emg ga mau nganterin ya saya bisa ambil sendiri ke konternya. Ngapain malah dibalikkin aneh bgt sih sistemnya!!! Jangan jadiin jasa kirim ini sebuah pilihan. Karna ga pantes dijadiin pilihan dengan jasa2 kirim lainnya.
Even though it arrived at Ciledug, it turned out that it was even returned to the seller's place, he said that ID Express didn't want to send it because the item was more than the capacity it should have been. I ordered the same item, it was delivered using FAST, it arrived, and the 1 kg item didn't arrive! What I have a problem with is why the goods are even returned to the seller?!? After all, I arrived at Ciledugg, if I don't want to deliver, I can take it myself to the counter. Why is the system even reversed, it's really weird!!! Do not make this delivery service an option. Because it doesn't deserve to be an option with other shipping services.

Tolong di perbaiki, lebih teliti untuk kurirnya biar tidak merugikan banyak orang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sumpah ini idexpress bnr2 lambat bgt, emg gada kurir atau gmn sih? pdhl smsm ciledug ko anternya tp dr kemarin sama sekali gada kejelasan, udah dua kali kejadian kayagini dan yang pertama emg harus disamperin kesana buat ambil tu barang, trs gunanya bayar ongkir apasih?
I swear this idexpress is really slow, is there no courier or what? Pdhl I sent a Ciledug SMS, but yesterday there was absolutely no clarity, there have been two incidents like this and the first one did have to be brought there to pick up the goods, what's the point of paying postage?
