★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses pengantaran kurirnya lama bgt.. Dari dini hari sampe sore gini ga ada pergerakan samsek :( cuma stuck ajaa di lokasi.. Mungkin kekurangan mainpower kali yaa, tambah lagi bisa mungkin karyawannya. Padahal ini bukan masus season tanggal kembar, tapi lelet sampainya ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecepatan yg sangat lambat dan mengecewakan. Barang udah sampai di kota tjuan tgl 14 sore hari, dan tdk lgsung dikirimkan, sudah tgl 16 ini tdk dikirimkan. Menghubungi CS ID express tidak bisa, ditelp nomor CS nya waktu udah dipilih nomor untuk komplain tdk trhubung apa-apa. Mengemail csnya malah kena bounce back, server mailnya g disambungin. Seriusan mending namanya ganti jd "ID Lambat Mohon Sabar, Jika Tidak Sabar Silakan Diambil Sendiiri di Lokasi" gitu aja gimana?? Terus taglinenya: kesabaran anda, kenyamanan kami. Gitu la..
Very slow and disappointing speed. The goods arrived in the destination city on the 14th afternoon, and were not delivered immediately, it was not delivered on the 16th. Can't contact CS ID express, call the CS number when the number is selected to complain, nothing is connected. Emailing the cs even got bounced back, the mail server was not connected. Seriously, it's better to change the name to "Slow ID, please be patient, if you are impatient, please take it yourself at the location" how about that? Then the tagline: your patience, our comfort. That's it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah ya ini pengalaman gaenak banget di ekspedisi,, di WA dr jam 10 katanya mau anter paket minta sharlock, ditunggu sampe malem, di WA gk dbls cm di read, sekalinya dbls katanya besok anternya, reschedule. Ditanya lah apa masalahnya gk ada bls cm di read. Padahal nunggunya udh lama, tingkatin lg pelayanannya
I swear, this was a really bad experience on an expedition, in WA from 10 o'clock he said he wanted to deliver a package asking for a sharlock, waited until evening, in WA it couldn't be read, once it was dbls it said the delivery will be tomorrow, reschedule. I was asked what the problem was, there was no bls cm was read. Even though the wait has been long, please improve the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halo admin, tolong dong, ini paket saya sudah sampai dari tanggal 16, kok sampai sekarang ga dikirim, padahal saya lagi butuh banget barangnya. Kok bisa - bisa nya sampai hari ini ga dikirim - kirim. Ini udah ke 2 kalinya ya pengiriman lama banget.
