 the courier is a fraud, my item was not delivered, only a photo of the gate but the item is not there, this is a mess, the expedition just fired all the couriers

Malah ngendap di TH kramatjati dari tgl 7 sampe skrg gak gerak2, cukup ini yg pertama dan trakhir menggunakan jasa ID express, mending pake sicepat, JNE, JNT, bandung jakarta cuma 1x24 jam sampe..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah berapa kali pake jasa ini, tapi si kurir gapernah ada hubungi atau konfirmasi kita ada di tmpt apa ngga nya?!!! Biasa jg semua kurir yg lain kalau mau antr paket konfirmasi kl gaada d tmpt bsa titip receptionis ini gada konfirmasi gaada apa maen cabut aja gatau apa kalau barang itu penting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener parah bgtt. Paket ditulis telah dikirim. Halooo dikirim kemana?? Kurir bernama ahmad sarifudin. Dy anter paket cm ditulis warung qiting (tetangga) gk ada tetangga w namanya qiting!! Sembarangan ngasih paket ke org lain. Sekarang paket w ilang gk jls dan emang lu kata semua org jujur apa??? Bakal ngasih ke w??? Pamalas dan gk bertanggungjawab. Pecat aja masih banyak org yang mau kerja. Alamat yang tertulis jelas loh. Kl gk jls oke w maklumin ini jelas bgtt.
Really really bad. The written package has been sent. Hello, where did you send it?? Courier named ahmad sarifudin. When delivering the cm package, it is written as a qiting stall (neighbor) and there is no neighbor, the name is qiting!! Carelessly give packages to other people. Now the W package is gone, it doesn't work and what are you saying that everyone is honest??? Will give to w??? Lazy and irresponsible. Just fire there are still many people who want to work. The address is clearly written. If it doesn't work, it's okay, let me know this is very clear.
