★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service! They fixed my old macbook which died very suddenly and with little warning. It was not cheap but price was comparable to another apple repair shop and much cheaper than a new macbook. They checked my laptop throughly to identify the problem which was the main board, not fixable by simple upgrade. Then they fixed it within a week. They also repaired my broken cable. I would recommend this place to anyone especially a foreigner as they also speak English. Thank you! Mutter nuwon.

They detected what was wrong and kept me up to date through WhatsApp -also concerning the price of the repair. My They repaired it within a day, told me the price in advance and it was exactly what I ended up paying. I can highly recommend that place. Your device will be in safe hands.

My charger for my Macbook Pro broke and they managed to repair it for 300K IDR within less than 24 hours, instead of replacing the entire piece for 1.5M IDR as some other shops wanted to. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT an official Apple Store Service but very good address in Jogja. They changed my iPhone 6 broken display in less than 20 minutes. Spare parts origin and quality are clearly explained, prices are following your choice. I have replaced the same day my MacBook Pro Retina 13" internal battery for 1,2 million Rp, in 45 minutes. Air conditioned waiting room! Nice people and they know the work. I recommend for any reparation out of Apple warranty. They offer 30 or 90 days of local warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so sad because the mechanics was doing his work really bad and unethical. I wanted to changed my iPhone X back camera cover in the last minute, I guess it was 9 pm. After done the work, the cover only last for 3 days. I was charged 400k for nothing ? and he was hiding his unethical work behind my tempered glass. He didn’t say any word about the dent coz he forced the glass to open with screwdriver, which is he must have a proper tools for it, and the worst part is I found it when I changed my tempered glass ? at least he could be hones about the dent and apologize.
Just try another store to fix your gadgets!
