★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sdh jelas peraturan dilarang merokok dikamar. Tp msh ada yg merokok dikmr mandi dan asap rokok msk ke kmr sebelah. Sdh dilaporkan ke pengurus kost tdk ada tindakan. Sangat mengganggu dan tidak ada solusi dari pengurus kost!
 It's clear the rules forbid smoking in the rooms. But someone still smokes in the bathroom and the cigarette smoke still goes to the next door. Already reported to the boarding board no action. Very annoying and there is no solution from the boarding board!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya berseberangan dengan Binus Anggrek. Cukup baik dan nyaman tempatnya. Ada 9 lantai, harganya mulai dari Rp. 2.500.000 sampai Rp. 5.000.000. Ada laundry, 2 potong per hari. Ada dapur, room untuk discuss, smoking area ada, tempat parkir mobil dan motor. Setiap kamar ada kamar mandinya, ada water heater, disediakan satu meja dan kursi, ada rak buku, lemari taruh pakaian, dan full AC.
The place is across from Binus Anggrek. Quite good and comfortable place. There are 9 floors, prices start from Rp. 2,500,000 to Rp. 5,000,000. There is laundry, 2 pieces per day. There is a kitchen, room to discuss, smoking area, parking for cars and motorbikes. Each room has a bathroom, there is a water heater, one table and chairs are provided, there is a bookshelf, a wardrobe for putting clothes, and full AC.
