★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area coverage gak jelas, dicek gak ada area yang tercover padahal ditengah kota purwokerto jalan protokol. Bahkan kantor icon nya sendiri blm tercover jaringannya. Wkwkwk. Ditelpon gak pernah ada yang angkat.
The coverage area is not clear, checked that there are no covered areas even though in the middle of the city of Purwokerto the protocol road. Even the icon's own office has not been covered by the network. Hahaha. Called no one ever picked up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananya makin lama makin ga jelas.. Gangguan mau 24 jam ga ada keterangan, komplen wa ga d respon komentar ig d batasi.. Baru kali ini kecewa sama keseriusan icon+ Purwokerto. Tolonglah jangan sering gangguan dan gangguan yang sampai berhari-hari!

The service is getting more and more unclear.. Disturbances want 24 hours, no information, complaints, no response to ig comments are limited.. This is the first time I'm disappointed with the seriousness of the icon+ Purwokerto. Please don't frequent distractions and distractions that last for days!
