Had replaced with the new one but have another problem, they tried replace with the new one from their store room but still problem with the camera. I just wonder, is this Apple standard ? Or something else? Till now the problem not solved yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with iColor handles Covid19 Pandemic. Look at the customers, they all followed the posted rules by wearing mask but not a single customer service officer did! Bad example, break yourown rules! A 4 star for the apple service but -3 for Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in this branch is better compared to other branches. I got my iPhone repaired elsewhere but needed to claim my warranty due to faulty new parts. This branch is more than happy to accept my warranty claim and quite fast in resolving my issues.
They also have a proper queue ticket system, compared to other branches. Also this branch is less crowded for some reason
