★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ichiban Sushi Mal Artha Gading: good place, good food, good service and affordable price,, We ordered Beef Teriyaki Donburi (package set) and Chicken Katsu Ramen,, Both of them taste okay,, Good service, and the food was served fast,, Well, the minus point: the aircon (AC) was not so cold enough, but it wasn't a big deal,, Will be back for more another menu to try,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by to eat at this Ichiban Sushi before play bowling at this Mall. My son loved a variety of salmon sushi. Meanwhile, my daughter liked chicken katsu. So, we had them and other dishes as well. We enjoyed eating and chatting while here. Everything we had was very good, the service was fast and the waiters were friendly. The price was inexpensive and the pricing strategy with various promos and discounts was enough to attract customers to eat this and that.
However, at other Ichiban Sushi branches, many customers were disappointed with the service provided by the waiter. They also criticized the freshness of the fish and/or meat.
So, to Ichiban Sushi management, please improve your customer service. Make the waiters more friendly, nimble and understand very well about the products/menus offered.
