★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman bersih dan ramah adm cewe nya. Pas masuk ke dokter giginya gua kasih tau ada numbuh gigi dibelakang dan ketutup daging lalu bengkak, kata dokternya gak ada. Karna gua yg punya gigi dan liat gigi tumbuh kecil dibelakang gua kekeh bilang ada (karna gua yg punya gigi, gua ngomong apa yg gua rasa dan apa yg gua liat) lalu dokternya bilang yaudah ronsen aja dan diakhir tuh dokter mau tulis resep gua "iya iya" aja tp asisten dokternya yg lanjut ngoceh kaya anj*ng macem gak tau sopan santun, dia seakan ngotot gua hina tuh dokter dan dia seakan bilang gua halusinasi padahal dia ngerti dan liat juga engga. DISITU GUA BAYAR BUKAN PAKE BPJS, gimana kalo pake bpjs gak ngerti lagi dia makin gak sopan santunnya kaya gimana lagi. Gak ada 5 menit keluar tuh dr ruang dokter dan tebus obat harganya 100RB DENGAN PELAYANAN YANG SANGAT AMAT TIDAK BAIK.
The place is comfortable clean and friendly adm girl. When I got into the dentist, I told him there was teething in the back and closed the meat and then it was swollen, the doctor said there was none. Because I have teeth and see teeth growing small behind me, I say they are there (because I have teeth, I say what I feel and what I see) then the doctor says it's just X-ray and finally the doctor wants to write my recipe "yes yes, but the assistant doctor who continued to babble richly didn't know manners, he seemed to insist I insulted the doctor and he seemed to say I was hallucinating even though he understood and looked too bad. DISITUALLY WAS PAYING NOT PAKE BPJS, how if you use BPJS, you don't understand anymore, how much more polite manners will you be. There is no 5 minutes out from the doctor's office and redeem the medicine for 100RB WITH VERY UNSET SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih, pegawainya juga ramah tp pada saat kita mau periksa ke dokter lama banget apalagi kalau ke dokter gigi, terkadang sudah kita menunggu lama tiba-tiba dokter giginya ga datang tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.ini pengalaman saya sebelumnya.mudah-mudahan kedepannya bisa lebih baik lagi untuk melayani orang lain
The place is clean, the staff is also friendly but when we want to see a doctor it takes a long time, especially if we go to the dentist, sometimes we have waited a long time, suddenly the dentist doesn't come without prior notification. This is my previous experience. Hopefully in the future it can be more again to serve others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian pendaftaranya parahhh, jutek, apa lgi tau klo berobatnya pake BPJS kaya mau mau nggk, suatu saat kn mbanya bakalan sakit pasti mbanya juga pake BPJS kan harusnya mbanya juga memahami,.saya pake BPJS juga bayar tiap bulanya, saran saya buat bagian pendaftaran tolong etikanya di perdalam lagi,GK lagi2 berobat ke situ.
The registration section is bad, jutek, do you know if the treatment is using BPJS like if you want to or not, someday when you will be sick, surely you will also use BPJS, you should also understand, I use BPJS also pay every month, my advice is for the registration section please The ethics is deepened again, GK goes there again.

Kalo dibilangin para perawat/bagian apotekernya kaga suka pasang muka sinis. Belagu amat. biar dikata saya pake bpjs juga tp suami saya tiap bulan gajinya dipotong gede cuma buat bayar bpjs kelas 1. Tp dikasih pelayanannya kaga bagus !!! Gimana siii

If you say the nurses / pharmacists don't like to put on a cynical face. I don't really think so. Let me say that I use BPJS too but my husband gets a big cut every month just to pay bpjs class 1. But given the service is not good !!! How about siii

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tmpat bagus rapih nyaman, pelayanan admin ok, tp dokternya cuek dan jutek, gk tau ambil dokter dr mana, saya mengerti mungkin jenuh setiap hari bertemu pasien namun jgn perlakukan seperti itu, tolong diberikan training kembali bgaimana melayani pasien dengan baik dan ramah
nice place neat and comfortable, admin service is ok, but the doctor is ignorant and rude, I don't know where to get a doctor, I understand it might be boring to meet patients every day but don't treat it like that, please give back training how to serve patients well and friendly
