★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru abis beli Macbook disini, mungkin gag semua pelayan di Ibox sama modelnya ya. Pertama masuk berbarengan sama sepasang suami istri yang lagi ngeliat ipad nah mereka langsung dilayani sama 2 orang, gw ama ponakan ngeliat ngeliat macbook. Boro2 dilayani, dipandang masuk aja gag. Kessel bangettt. Dongkol. Mentang mentang kita berdua ga ada potongan orang punya uang. Padahal gw beli lhooo mbak, mas. Pengennya gag jadi beli aja tapi lantaran kesel banget gw teriaklah yaa, Mbak saya mau ini warna ini yaa. Eehh mbaknya langsung sigap, cepet, ruaaaamahnya, ngelayani. Ponakan sebenarnya udah mau nyemprot tapi ya sudah males viral ??. Buat mbak dan masnya, please jangan liat siapun dari luar. Mau beli mau gag, mbak sama mas nya memang dibayar untuk melayani customer, siapapun itu.
I just bought a Macbook here, maybe not all servers in Ibox are the same model, right? First, they entered together with a husband and wife who were looking at the iPad, so they were immediately served by 2 people, my nephew and I saw the Macbook. Boro2 is served, it doesn't look like it's in. Very kessel. cranky. Just because we both don't have a cut, people have money. Even though I bought it, sis, sir. I didn't want to, so I just bought it, but because I was so annoyed, I shouted, Ma'am, I want this color. Eehh the sis is immediately alert, fast, friendly, and serves. The nephew actually wants to spray but he's too lazy to go viral . For the ladies and gentlemen, please don't look at anyone from the outside. Want to buy or not, Ms. and Mas are really paid to serve customers, whoever it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ditingkatkan lagi dong, masa kalah sama pstore baru dateng aja udah di sambut, di kasih promo² menarik, ini ibox di telpon aja susah dateng juga karyawan biasa aja.
The service is improved again, please, when you lose with a new pstore, you just come and you are welcomed, interesting promos are given, it's just an ibox on the phone, it's hard to come, even ordinary employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan beli ip 13 tapi pelayanannya ampuuun banget. Proses pembelian, masa sampai 2 jam nunggu buat dilayanin. Karyawannya hanya ada 2, tapi yang 1 malah ada dibelakang. Padahal rame yang mau beli. Pas udah beli juga pas proses unboxing malah ditinggal dan tidak dibantu buat appleid dan setting hpnya.
iBox sekarang pelayanannya ga banget. Di telfon buat nanya stok ke semua iBox tp gaada yang angkat. Akhirnya kita langsung dateng ke storenya. Tapi pas udah sampai di store katanya iphone udah pada di keep-in. Lah, di telfon aja ga pernah diangkat. Iphone 13 yang warna pink awalnya bilang gaada, terus katanya ada tapi sudah di keep orang. Terus ditawarin kalau mau, bisa dibeli yang sudah di keep tapi harus beli yang bundling dengan garansi. Alias, nambah biaya lagi yang lumayan mahal hanya untuk garansi fisik 6 bulan. Kejadian ini terjadi di 2 store iBox yang berbeda. Sama persis. Tolong banget di tingkatkan servicenya. Ini saya beli loh dengan harga yang ga murah tapi kok pelayanannya murahan.
Just bought IP 13 but the service is really good. The purchase process takes up to 2 hours to wait to be served. There are only 2 employees, but the other one is in the back. Even though there are many who want to buy. When I bought it, during the unboxing process, it was left behind and not helped for appleid and cellphone settings.
iBox now doesn't have very good service. On the phone to ask for stock to all iBox but no one picks up. Finally, we went straight to the store. But when I arrived at the store, it said that the iPhone was already in the keep-in. Well, the phone was never picked up. The pink iPhone 13 initially said it wasn't there, then it said it was there but it's been kept by someone. Continue to be offered if you want, you can buy one that has been kept but you have to buy a bundling one with a guarantee. Alias, adding another fee which is quite expensive just for a 6 month physical warranty. This incident occurred in 2 different iBox stores. Exactly the same. Please really improve the service. I bought this at a price that wasn't cheap but how come the service was cheap.
