★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang garansi resminya sudah habis, jangan pernah service idevice anda ke service centernya ibox deh. Iphone saya dari minor error ampe jadi recovery mode, kudu ganti ic nand (gak murah). Gak tau diapain sama mereka.
The official warranty has expired, don't ever service your idevice to the ibox service center. My iPhone has gone from a minor error to recovery mode, I have to replace the Nand IC (not cheap). Don't know what to do with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sgt kecewa kepada salah satu karyawan di ibox itc roxy mas yang berada di jl.KH.Hasyim Ashari no 125 jakarta. Awalnya saya membeli iphone xr 128 GB pada bln oktober 2021 harga yang seharusnya saya bayar 8.599.000 (sesuai dengan invoice) namun salah satu karyawan tersebut mengatakan kepada saya harganya 8 juta 800 lalu saya bayar dengan harga tersebut .Saya bertanya kepada karyawan tersebut mengapa harga di web ibox harganya lebih murah kata karyawan tersebut bilang 'iya' kalo beli online kemungkinan akan kebant¹ing banting saat pengiriman beliau mengatakan seperti itu jawaban yg tidak nyambung menurut saya. Pada waktu saya akan membayar debit karyawan tersebut mengatakan tidak bisa pakai debit karna sedang eror jadi saya bayar cash sebesar 8 juta 800 rb. namun invoice yg di emailkan tidak masuk ke email saya. kurleb 1 bulan saya kembali lagi ke ibox untuk menanyakan invoice tersebut ternyata beliau salah mengetik email saya lalu invoice tersebut dikirim ulang ke email saya, setelah saya lihat invoicenya,saya kaget harga iphone yang saya beli di invoice tidak sesuai dengan apa yg saya bayar.di invoice harga iphone xr 8.599.000 tapi saya bayar 8.800.000 seperti yg beliau bilang harganya 8 jt 800.

I am very disappointed in one of the employees at Ibox ITC Roxy Mas, which is located on Jl. KH. Hasyim Ashari no 125 Jakarta. Initially I bought an iphone xr 128 GB in october 2021 the price I should have paid 8,599,000 (according to the invoice) but one of the employees told me the price was 8 million 800 then I paid at that price. I asked the employee why the price on the ibox web, the price is cheaper, the employee said, 'yes', if you buy online, you may be very upset when shipping, he said, that's the answer that doesn't make sense in my opinion. When I was going to pay the debit, the employee said he couldn't use debit because there was an error so I paid 8 million 800 rb in cash. but the invoice that was emailed did not go to my email. Within 1 month I returned to my ibox to ask for the invoice, apparently he mistyped my email and then the invoice was sent back to my email, after I saw the invoice, I was surprised that the price of the iPhone I bought on the invoice did not match what I paid. invoice price for iphone xr 8,599,000 but I paid 8,800,000 as he said the price was 8 million 800.
