THE WORST STAFF EVER NAMED VICKY. Saya sebagai loyal customer sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dan attitude dari staff Ibox ini. Waktu itu kondisinya di ibox gadget fair saya berencana untuk membeli macbook pro, saya sudah melakukan survey harga 2x di hari Rabu dan yg melayani saya waktu itu selalu si Vicky ini. Dari awal dia bilang harganya adalah 28.499.000 kalau pake kartu kredit bayarnya karena lagi promo. Ketika saya ingin membeli di hari Minggu, harga yg diberikan Vicky yaitu bahkan 28.000.000, saya langsung minta diambilkan barangnya dan bayar dikasir. Namun sesampainya dikasir harganya menjadi 29.499.000. Saya bingung karena dari awal disebutkan 28 juta. Manager dan staff kasirnya kemudian memanggil Vicky untuk memberikan penjelasan karena harga yg diberikan ternyata salah. Namun ketika saya minta penjelasan dia terus mengelak dan tidak merasa bersalah ataupun minta maaf sampai harus saya desak dulu. Dia malah membela diri dengan bilang "Kemaren saya lihat kakaknya catet harganya di HP kan, saya bilang kan 29 juta bukan 28 juta". Saya "Saya mencatat tapi saya sudah hapus lagipula masnya bilang 28 juta, saya ga mungkin salah denger karena saya 3x kesini dan temen saya juga denger itu". Dengan nada nyolotnya dia bilang "yaudah ga ada bukti". Lebih parahnya lagi dia bilang "Yaudah kalau ga mau saya jual lagi ke customer lain" (sambil memindahkaan macbook saya dari atas meja ke laci di bawah kasir). Lalu saya minta dia untuk memanggil bosnya, namun tidak dipanggil juga malah pergi dan sok sibuk. Ketika saya mau bayar, dengan gaya sok sibuknya dan nada suara yg nyolot dia bilang "ga tau ya masih ada atau nggak promonya kan dari tadi banyak yg antri". Padahal kondisi saat itu saya berada dikasir paling depan dan hanya ada satu orang pembeli lainnya yang juga komplain dan marah2 ke Vicky ini juga. Saya tidak habis pikir kenapa orang seperti ini bisa bekerja di Ibox. Jujur saya tidak mau ke Ibox lagi kalo masih ada staff yg namanya Vicky ini atau staff staff lainnya yang attitudenya sama kaya dia. Ibox definitely has some issues with the staffs recruitment. Setelah saya baca review dari beberapa ibox lainnya ternyata emang banyak staff yang attitudenya sangat sangat tidak sopan dan arogan seperti Vicky ini.

When I was in Ibox, my gadget fair was planning to buy a Macbook Pro, I had done a price survey of 2x on Wednesday and the one who served me was always Vicky. From the beginning he said the price was 28,499,000 if you use a credit card to pay because of the promo. When I want to buy on Sunday, the price given by Vicky is even 28,000,000, I immediately ask for the goods and pay for the sand. But when it arrived at the price it was 29,499,000. I am confused because from the beginning it was mentioned 28 million. The manager and the cashier staff then called Vicky to give an explanation because the price was wrong. But when I asked for an explanation he continued to dodge and did not feel guilty or apologized until I had to press first. He instead defended himself by saying "Yesterday I saw his brother paint his price on the cellphone right, I said it was 29 million not 28 million". I "I noted but I have deleted, after all, the guy said 28 million, I could not be wrong because I was here 3x and my friend also heard that". With his annoying tone he said "yes there is no evidence". Even worse, he said "It's okay if I don't want to sell it to another customer" (while moving my macbook from the table to the drawer under the cashier). Then I asked him to call his boss, but he was not called but instead went and was busy. When I wanted to pay, with his busy attitude and annoying tone he said "I don't know if there are still or not promos from the many people who queued up". Even though the condition at that time I was at the front and there was only one other buyer who also complained and was angry with Vicky too. I can't help wondering why people like this can work at Ibox. Honestly, I don't want to go to Ibox anymore, if there are still Vicky's name staff or other staff staff whose attitudes are as rich as him. Ibox definitely has some issues with the staffs recruitment. After I read the reviews from several other ibox, it turned out that there were many staff whose attitudes were very very rude and arrogant like Vicky.

Tidak rekomen belanja via online di iBox, dapat barang cacat, proses klaim kelewat panjang. Orang belanja online buat mudahin pembeli, ini malah proses berbelit dan kelewatan lambatnya. Sales toko iBox tidak bisa bantu apa-apa kalau belanja via website iBox, dan kelihatan banget customer care erafone tidak peduli sama sekali sama customer. Okelah kalau beli HP vivo oppo, lah ini beli yang diatas 20jutaan tapi servis sangat tidak memuaskan. Saran aja kalau mau beli langsung di tokonya atau ke toko sebelah aja sekalian.
No recommendations for shopping via online on iBox, getting defective items, the claim process is too long. People shop online to facilitate buyers, this is actually a convoluted process and is too slow. The iBox store salesman can't help anything when shopping via the iBox website, and it seems that customer care erafone doesn't care at all about the customer. It's okay if you buy an HP vivo oppo, this is buying those over 20 million but the service is very unsatisfactory. Just a suggestion if you want to buy directly at the shop or just the next shop.
