★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to iBox with my family to switch my old iPhone to the new one that I had already had.
They would back up all of my old iPhone's data and get that data to the new iPhone.
They were happy and very welcome, and told us they could handle it.
Unfortunately, they charged us Rp. 250.000,- for transferring the data.
They did not show us the price list and just give random price for that kind of service.
We were surprised and after went through a lot of thinking, we did not want to pay them to transfer the data.
My sister personally doesn't want to go back to the iBox in Baywalk anymore because of that kind of unprofessional service.
Please go to another iBox in another place, they have a better service.
I remember, the staff there was a woman and a man
If I could give no star for this review, I would.
