★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, Tekhnisinya kurang bagus, kurang sopan dan merugikan customer, kalau service jangan disini. Also, the guy told me that the only solution for my macbook that got crashed was to open it and repair inside for 440k without invoice and 300k for the installation. That place should be vanished a long time ago. The employees there must be sent home right away and replace with skilled and polite customer service representatives. This mac service is not recommended! Just a waste of time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother coming here, this place says it is a service centre yet nobody pick up the phone when you tried to contact them. And yes just like the other review said, this is just a 'service info' store; there's NO hardware service at all in this place. What a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to service your apple stuff. When I came there is full with line. I had to wait more than 15 minutes and no one is asking a favour.
Very professional place but unfortunately no numbers available to make a line. People just sitting there waiting to be called. When the people are to many, we need to move forward by ourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Apple service center I have visited. I had a problem with airdrop. The techinican suggested I leave my laptop and Imac with them for 5 working days so that they can run a diagnostic; no suggestions on what the problem could be and what possible solutions I could try at home. I left in exasperation. I googled the problem, found a forum which suggested updating the software. Solved it!
I would avoid this place because they have no idea of “service”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talked to an Apple support online and they had said to bring my computer here for a repair. It was a 27inch iMac 5K that I bought in 2015 in the US. The problem was many dead pixels on the screen.
They said to leave the unit there while they order the parts and it would take 40 days to complete the repair. I said ok.
28 days later, got a call, computer’s done. I picked it up late at night around 8.30PM, was greeted with a very friendly gentleman.
I say, the service was above and beyond here, they were very talkative and engaging to you. Kudos iBox. I would be ok servicing all my Apple Products here.

1. the 1st one is on ground floor for retail and sales, it is same with ibox that we used to know. It is normal, i have no comment.
2. Service Centre on the 1st floor. This service centre is small and my though, they don’t have a true engineer.
In my last visit, they will need 3 days to check up iphone and know where the problem is .. and for repair, 2 weeks is the soonest and it can be up to 2 months .. only 1 desk is open although there’s a lot of queue ..
Maybe ibox can be better in this service centre, i hope so ..
This iphone is flagship and premium, your service centre must give premium hospitality and great service .. samsung service center is much better ..
