My Macbook is not getting better, it is even more damaged, customer service is difficult to contact, lots of uncertain promises, months of waiting, even more damaged, we took it to the official service center they said many parts had been replaced, not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proses lama dan tidak jelas apa yang dilakukan. saya tbh agak worry karena pengerjaan service kamera 3 hari. dan ujung2nya juga melakukan servis lain tanpa persetujuan saya terlebih dahulu, mereka melakukan tindakan “penyisiran” that i don’t even know what is that. tau tau harus bayar 250.
The process is long and it is not clear what was done. I was a little worried because of the 3-day camera service. and in the end they also do other services without my prior approval, they carry out "sweeping" actions that I don't even know what is that. know or have to pay 250.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever try to service your gadget here. Very Disappointed. I came to this place early May 2018 to service my Macbook Air's battery, but the battery only last for 2 weeks and they didn't gave any responsibility about it. Rugi beraaaat!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever try to service your gadget here. Here is my story : My 2015 MBP was broken and they said they can fix it without need to replace its logicboard. Fact : in 3 months they finished nothing and suddenly pooft..their technician gone and their customer service unreachable. Come to their office and no one is there. Fortunately, there is a girl from the other company that shared the office space who help me get back my broken MBP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed very disappointed, it should be only one star, but because of decent communication and closure i give it two star, here's why...
First week of january 2018 i commissioned my iphone 6s plus to be repaired (serviced), the device conditions was all normal except the loudspeaker dead.
The technician via the receptionist told me (after 1 day of diagnosis) that the audio IC was broken and need to be replaced, the service and the replacement will cost IDR 900k, and i asked if there could be risked involved, since the service required to extract IC from mainboard, iBenerin crews told me there will be risk, but only the risk of failure of operation so that my iPhone would still stay silent (no audio) but operational in all other aspect.
Since in my opinion the service cost quite bearable, i agree, the iPhone cost me IDR 15000k, and the service cost only IDR 900k so acceptable. But boy... How i was MISTAKEN... AND SURPRISED....
Not only i need to wait 5 month for the service (yes, i just got back my iPhone on 11 may 2018), THE OPERATION FAILED, AND DAMAGED OTHER PARTS OF MY IPHONE. iBenerin proposed to change the iPhone machine, which cost 2800k, then they told me if i change my iPhone machine then i would not be able to sell my iPhone easily, because the imei changed, and the best way to sell it would be sold for parts only, which is around IDR 3500k (market value of iPhone 6s plus preloved at that time was around 5000 to 6000 tops, so quite significant drop)
I grudgingly, unhappily and unwillingly accept the proposal because i would have nothing if i refused (except for dead iPhone maybe). And i too have expressed my disappointment directly to the iBenerin crews.
MY BIGGEST REGRET was, if the crew told me first hand about the MASSIVE RISK before, i would not dare to repaired it, 15000k cost to 900k service with RISK OF DEAD IPHONE was no brainer, i rather have my silent iPhone (the Bluetooth and headphone jack was fine, only the loudspeaker was broken)
MY SECOND REGRET was, after failing the operation they still need 5 month to proposed changing machine, that just plain disappointing, because every week i make inquiry about my device and the answer always "we working on it" (sedang diusahakan).
Summary:
Pros:
1. Currently my iPhone is working fine
2. Decent communication, i asked weekly and always answered
3. Give working solution
Cons:
1. Unable to delivered promised serviced
2. Very long service time (in my case 5 month)
Tl,dr;
If you only want minor service such as changing battery, home button, etc, I think this is a good place for it.
But if you want massive service concerning component (IC, MAINBOARD), JUST STAY AWAY, unless you ready to bear the long days of waiting and RISK your device.
PS. For the crews, thanks for trying and finally completing the service, thanks anyway. Just friendly reminder if the service difficulty is too high, just tell the customer directly that it cannot be done, they'll understand, i will understand, and that'll avoid some drama and hearbreake.
