★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengembalian dana cancelation booking sy sudah 3 bulan tidak ada kejelasan, telp ke CS maupun ke cabang hanya direspon akan dikonfirmasi ke bagian terkait tapi tidak ada itikad baik dr pihak hyundai untuk menghubungi sy terkait ini sampai hari ini. Di website tertulis proses refund memakan waktu 14 hari proses kerja, tapi sampai saat ini setiap ditanya kepastian tanggal cair tidak ada yang bisa menjelaskan/menginformasikan. Bagaimana ini hyundai after salesnya?
My cancellation booking refund has been refunded for 3 months, there is no clarity, the call to CS or to the branch is only answered, it will be confirmed to the relevant department but there is no goodwill from the hyundai side to contact me regarding this until today. On the website it is written that the refund process takes 14 working days, but until now, every time we are asked for the certainty of the liquidated date, no one has been able to explain/inform. How is this hyundai after sales?
