★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service deserve 5 stars. Everything went flawless from first contact via WhatsApp until all service rendered by the cleaner staff (mas Pebri)
Mas Pebri was also very polite, but clear and concise in handling our questions regarding all the cleaning process and also other service provided by HydroClean.
No doubt for a repeat order, and highly recommend for anyone to try their service.

2. Immediately after confirming my booking, the person in my city contacted me and asked for my location.
3. On the day he was very punctual (which i highly appreciate)
4. The price is very affordable for such quality (service and equipment used)
5. They offer a various range of service
6. They are located in many cities (including mine, pekanbaru - which is so hard to find a good service like this)
Overall, i highly recommend this to anyone who hesitates to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this service entirely as I was at first quoted 1.4jt before my carpet cleaning (which is about 500k). No written agreement or any required signature. The person left and Hydroclean left me a bill of 2.9jt which is truly a shock considering it’s double the bill.
Had they build a better system of getting the RIGHT estimate and have the client sign the estimate, it would have caused less misunderstandings.
Used this service because it was recommended by an influencer but we all know influencers are treated differently.
I would think twice before using their service. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Had to dispute on this for improper charges, raised my voice, and really pushed through so that they investigate it further. Unnecessary for a client to get this angry so they’d do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with hydroclean was very good. They were professional and had good hygiene procedures, such as changing their clothes and washing their hands when they arrived.
The staff was polite and professional. He showed us the water murkiness every time he was going to change it. He didn't mind when we asked to re-vacuum several parts.
10/10 would use their services again in the future.
