Slow response. My battery broken down. Its only life for 15 minutes. You need two days minimum to check the condition of the laptop. After that, you need more than two weeks waiting for the battery.

Not a decent place for a notable brand like HP. The wall is a bit dirty, the floor is not clean as well. The service takes longer time due to the limited counter and human resources on the front desk. They only have 2 couter and sometimes only 1 counter that is active.

I have to rate it one star. It took one month just to replace a printhead, they say that my printhead is still under warranty, yet to use the warranty they need to apply it to Jakarta and wait for their approval. Really?! That's one of the worst customer service bureaucracy I've experienced. Thumbs down ?

Byvtte looks of things they ooze impeccable authenticity and professionalism. It seems to be the servicing process has to a large extent automated which is good and bad for various reasons. Good because you can receive info concerning the product yiu are servicing 24/7 just in a single click or touch on the screen button, efficient. Bad firvtyevreadons that the chat bots often become nyisancebif the issue you want resolved dies not fall under the routine tasks and is required high personal interaction. That is when things go bananas in an otherwise 21 St generation service experience business model. The system become dumbfounded and dumb much to the detriment if the loyal customer.
