★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here as I had a problem with my HP printer, I already knew the problem there was air in my ink tubes and colour was not printing, black and white was fine, I arrived in the shop was seen to within five minutes so that was very good service, I explained the problem to the assistant who thankfully spoke English, he asked an engineer to check and confirmed it was printing black but no colour as I had told them.
Then an older gentleman came from the back and told me that both the colour and black heads would need replacing and the price would be 750k Rp!
In my head I'm think but black is printing why does it need replacing, I decided that it was too expensive as I can buy a new HP printer with similar specs for 2 Million Rp
So went home with the printer, decided to watch a few YouTube videos on my printer, took it apart cleaned everything and fixed my printing problems, no new heads needed, just an hour of my time.
So on this occasion I can say that the service that I would have paid for would have been a complete waste of money, not impressed!

results:
become more looooong and very long time to operate. Sucks...
Be careful anyone, before you decide what you have bought and what you will replaced or got after sales service, better find trusted person eventhough with some expenses you will cause
The Guaranteed was not satisfy and not the same quality, even worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to get support for HP products such as laptops and printers. It needs a bit of upgrade, however. The sign out front is already weathered and not easily spotted from all angles. Easily out shined by the convenience store next door. Waiting space and service counter surely can use some touch up as well. But most importantly, this place is certainly need upgrade regarding newest technology knowledge, skills, and deployment. ASAP.
