Tempat nya strategis,... Akses jalan utama dekat , transportasi banyak, dekat pasar Kosambi, dekat stasiun kereta api Kosambi, pusat pertokoan dan warung kuliner banyak
Perumahan nya sudah padat dan sangat ramai
Ada sebagian lokasi klo hujan besar tejadi banjir atau air meluap ke jalan sampai ke rumah

The place is strategic, ... Close to main road access, lots of transportation, near Kosambi market, near Kosambi train station, shopping centers and many culinary stalls
The housing is already crowded and very crowded
There are several locations when it rains heavily there is a flood or the water overflows onto the road to the house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perum Puri nya tidak terawat dengan baik,dari penataan wilayah rumah berantakan,bahkan klw nyari rumah disini tidak ada tanda pengenal rumah nya,jln nya rusak di depan puri space toko nya tertutup sama penjual,kata nya wilayah disini ada yg megang.
Warga nya juga asal nyelonong masuk puri (tidak mematuhi rambu pintu masuk)
Harap RT/RW nya bisa lebih bijak mengelola keuangan perum puri kosambi.Bagaimana di kelola sedangkan uang nya aja masuk ke kantong individu,yg benar uang penghasilan sewa lahan jualan di puri masuk ke kas RT/Rw nya
The Perum Puri is not well maintained, from the arrangement of the messy house area, even when looking for a house here there is no identification of the house, the road is damaged in front of the Puri, the shop space is closed by the seller, he said the area here is in charge.

I hope the RT/RW can be wiser in managing the finances of Perum Puri Kosambi. How is it managed while the money just goes into the pockets of the individual, the truth is that the money from the rental income for the land sold in Puri goes into the RT/RW cash.
