Hampir semua rumah disini terisi jadi penduduknya sudah banyak..
Strategis.. Karena order gofood ato grabfood dari sini kemanapun biaya kirimnnya murah rata2 4rb aj.. Order k daerah banyuanyar, kadipiro, embarkasi, klodran, UMS, gonilan, solo square dll cuma 4rb biaya antarnya..
Mungkin karena lokasi perumahannya ad ditengah tengah barangkali..

Comfortable, peaceful safe ... residents are friendly
