★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan KPR subsidi yang tak jauh dari pusat Kota Tangerang, dan bersebelahan dengan pemukiman yang sudah ramai, hanya saja pembangunannya saya rasa kurang memperhatikan dampak lingkungan. Dibangun dengan beberapa lokasi dengan urukan tanah yang lebih tinggi, tepat di sisi-sisi situ bulakan dan kali gembor cikoneng yang menjadi penyebab banjir di perumahan Total Persada dan Mutiara Pluit selama ini. Saat ini belum banjir. Namun potensi banjir di masa mendatang cukup besar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengembang tak profesional dalam membuat suatu perumahan. Harusnya jika daerah tsb ada bekas empang,harus di urug lebih tinggi. Saya yang terdampak saat ini belum bisa membangun/perbaiki renovasi rumah yang saya cicil. Karena dilihat dari tahun lalu terlebih apalagi bendungan jebol,banjir bisa hampir se atap rumah. Tolong dong pengembang bertanggung jawab atas masalah ini. Bekerja samalah dengan pihak pemda setempat untuk membangun turap seperti di perumahan Total Persada. Dan di adakan juga pompa besar untuk memompa banjir didaerah perumahan Garden City ini. Terima Kasih.
