★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perum yg sedianya diperuntukan para prajurid Angkatan Darat pangkat terendah namun namun kurang mendapat apresiasi yg maksimal karena ternyata tidak seluruh pemiliknya mau tinggal ditempat tersebut dengan berbagai alasan diantaranya banyak para prajurit yg dianggap bergaji rendah itu ternyata sudah memiliki rumah ditempat lain yg mungkin lebih nyaman atau lebih dekat dengan tempat tugas mereka , alhasil banyak rumah yg dibiarkan begitu saja bahkan tidak sedikit yg ambruk dimakan rayap sementara sebagian yg lain telah berpindah tangan alias dijual kepada warga masyarakat biasa sama sekali bukan anggota ABRI
Perum which was originally intended for the lowest rank army officers but did not get the maximum appreciation because it turned out that not all the owners wanted to live in that place for various reasons including many of the soldiers who were considered to be low-paying already had houses in other places that might be more comfortable or more comfortable close to their assignments, as a result many houses were left unchecked and not even a few were collapsed by termites while some others had changed hands or were sold to ordinary citizens at all not members of ABRI
