★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya nyaman . Harganya murah. Cuma bapak nya kurang ramah . Tv nya juga kecil dan siarannya itu itu saja . Kamar mandinya lumayan lah. Untuk kasurnya kurang empuk dan suasana disini agak sepi . Tapi lumayan dekat dengan warung makan dan jajanan jadi jika tidak punya kendaraan bisa jalan kaki .
The place is comfortable. The price is cheap. Only the father is not friendly. The tv is also small and the broadcast is all. The bathroom is not bad. For the mattress is not soft and the atmosphere here is rather quiet. But it's quite close to food stalls and snacks so if you don't have a vehicle you can walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ukuran kos cukup luas (sekitar 3x3,5 m), kamar mandi dalam, AC, wifi. Nyaman dan bersih. Kualitas air bagus (tidak asin atau payau). Ada tempat parkir untuk motor tetapi terpisah dari rumah kos. Dekat dengan masjid. Akses ke minimarket dan tempat makan mudah.
Room size is quite spacious (around 3x3.5 m), private bathroom, air conditioning, wifi. Comfortable and clean. Good water quality (not salty or brackish). There is parking for motorbikes but it is separate from boarding houses. Close to the mosque. Access to convenience stores and eateries is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya kosannya nyaman, namun semua berubah ketika kaum jahiliyah yg ga punya etika dan sopan santun datang (anak2 magang toyota astra sunter), lebih baik pastikan dlu klo mau kos dsini apakah kaum jahiliyah masih ada
Actually the boarding house is comfortable, but everything changes when the ignorant people who have no ethics and manners come (toyota astra sunter apprentices), it's better to make sure first if you want to boarding here whether the ignorant are still there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan tidak nyaman karena banyak bocah2 magang dari toyota astra sunter yg sangat berisik bahkan sampe larut malam, ga jaga kebersihan dan ga punya etika untuk menghormati penghuni kosan yg lain, kosan rasa rusun
The boarding house is not comfortable because there are a lot of interns from Toyota Astra Sunter who are very noisy even late at night, don't keep clean and don't have ethics to respect other boarding house residents, boarding houses feel flat
