★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice hotel. However, traffic management in front of the lobby needs some improvement. It is often jammed. Had to wait more than 20 minutes to get our valeted car ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, i booked the 2BR villa for three days and it was amazing villa. Covid19 protocol are great, the butler was not allowed to go inside the villa unless we allowed them to do so. The activities in hotels also great, they have horse riding, atv, escooter, archery, sand pit, kids club and kids playground. Hotel had 3 swimming pools in separated area, huge hotels. Parking area is separated building and we use a buggy to get to the lobby. Hotel rooms located in 5 separate building and the villa is located further down, the checkin between hotel and villa are separated, therefore its hassle free. They prepared another buggy for transport to villas. Breakfast was great too, various kind of food and served different kind of each day. A lot of wall socket in the entire area, it was very usefull. Will be back for sure. Respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ simply amazing hotel, modern building, friendly and helpfull staf.really enjoying stay with so many amenities in the next level from infinity pool, games room, sport area, electric bike and scooter ,truly unforgettable experience.food and beverages too so mouth watering. and there is welcome drink too.good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel so much, I'm thinking of visiting again on my next staycation. The room was quite spacious, and has complete amenities. The executive room has a bathtub and separate shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The food was great and has a lot of variety. The facilities are wonderful, with two pools, and a separate kid pool with warm water, fitness club, kids club, etc. The hotel has the most friendliest and helpful employees I've ever encountered, even compared to other 5 star hotels. The only thing I don't really like is that the parking lot is quite far from the lobby, even though there's a buggy car that could transport you from/to there, but it's still a hassle if you forgot something and need to go back to the car. But otherwise, this hotel is a solid 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year pandemic, one of the front desk of the villa was very arrogant because they said they are very full in this pandemic situation. Yesterday we stayed there it was very quite...so all the staffs were very polite haha...too bad all the food ( breakie and dinner ) was not as delicious as the last time we stayed there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here with my family and parents. The facilities and staff are great. the area is very large, I had a bit of trouble bringing the elderly and disabled. we recommend this resort for young families. We love this place and will come back if the opportunity arises.
