The service was awesome and the room was crystal clear, completed with its premium amenities. Kudos to the staffs!
The breakfast was quite varied. From simple choice like egg and pancakes to some sushi were there to satisfy to your delight.
The outdoor pool is also perfect for you to spend your time while staying. My son was enjoying the pool time so much in it.
So, yup I had a great time with my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located right next to Plaza Senayan and it even has a connecting tunnel to the plaza; however, it was closed in February 2022 due to COVID restriction. I had a meeting here. It's meeting room clean and quite spacious. Restroom was also clean, it had options of tissue and towel to dry hands, it provided lotion as well. Lunch was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay. Staffs were very helpful, I was taking care my toddler all the time here. They helped me maneuvering through the hotel, really. Room is spacious, working table was really helpful, bed was great, toilet is best. They have access to Plaza Senayan, though I didn’t try.
I have helped other accor hotels before and till this day, in my opinion Fairmont could give better service, and i know the group can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay, thanks to Ms Fina Olivia, Cecil, Aida and all Fairmont Hotel Team. You all really made william’s birthday memorable. Thanks for the upgrade room, birthday cake, the surprise tent (the kids really really happy), the bath bomb and even the ducks (its a very nice attention from all of you). Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the kids were really happy. We’ll look forward to stay at Fairmont hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very comfy, clean and have sufficient lighting as well (which is a plus point for me who has bad eyesight). The service was top notch, not to mention our room got upgraded to suite. there were swan decor on the bed, some warm message in the mirror and biscuits and cheesecake for our honeymoon stay. The pool, gym and garden is very well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend my quarantine stay at Fairmont and it was very good. It was well organized. The room was big. There is a in room dining menu which offer many choices for lunch and dinner. Even breakfast you can choose what type you prefer.
The only minus I experienced was the internet speed - it was quite slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my third amazing stay at Fairmont with my family. From the time we pulled up until the moment we left the service and atmosphere was exceptional. On my last visit, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and accomodation provided by the amazing and caring front desk and customer relation, Olivia. She took it to another level with personal attention, a surprise care gift, and soon enough become my daughter's favourite aunt. A true ambassador of service indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second staycation at Fairmont Jakarta.
My first experience at this hotel was very delightful, and the recent one was even more, and beyond my expectation.
The overall property and room look very luxurious, with grand lobby. Our Sky Suite room on high floor was spacious, clean, and overlooking city skyline of Jakarta, which is a stunning view! Especially at night.
Service was excellent, and they are also generous to ALL member.
Swimming pool is large and not too busy, so we feel safe and comfortable to use it.
Welcome gift for ALL member was prepared thoughtfully with special gift for kid; very much appreciate it.
We also got complimentary glass of wine from lucky draw.
Breakfast was great too, both the food and services.
Will definitely come back again.
