★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pasien di rs ini sejak 2 tahun terakhir,memang kadang situs nya eror dan agak lama mohon di maklumkan karna pasien di sini banyak sekali dari jakarta bogor bekasi juga,memang harus daftar online klo mau cepat itu pun dari jauh2 hari,kalo situs nyaa eror segera ke rsmm pagi pagi agar antrian nyaa cepat,sejauh ini antrian di psikiatri reguler saja yg menurut saya sistem nya agak lama tapi saya memaklumi,saya pasien poli anak remaja kadang klo dktr lg cuti di arahin ke psikiatri reguler dan biaya parkir menurut saya di turun kan karna agak mahal ya hehe,penggalaman saya di igd dulu waktu awal2 lgsg di tanggani tapi semenjak sudah di renov jadi agak terbatas biasa nya dulu suka di tanya2 lgsg sma perawat nyaa duduk berhadapan dan di layani dengan baik,namun skrng mungkin lg banyak nya pasien dan saya juga memaklumi,waktu itu saya juga datang pagi ke igd di kasih sarapan dulu sma satpam nya dan lgsg di sediakan bed,tapi ac nya dingin sekali hehe,tapi sejauh ini saya sudah cukup puas terima kasih RSJMM sudah membantu
 I have been a patient at this hospital for the last 2 years, indeed sometimes the site crashes and it takes a while, please let me know because there are a lot of patients here from Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi too, you have to register online if you want to be fast, even from far away, if the site has an error go to the hospital in the morning so that the queues are fast, so far the queues at regular psychiatry are just what I think the system is a bit long but I understand, I am a juvenile poly patient, sometimes when the office is on leave, I am directed to regular psychiatry and the parking fee in my opinion is lowered It's because it's a bit expensive, hehe, my experience in the emergency room was first handled, but since it was renovated, it's a bit limited, usually I like to be asked directly by the nurse, sitting across from each other and being served well, but now there may be more patients and I also understand, at that time I also came to the emergency room and was given breakfast first by the security guard and immediately provided a bed, but the air conditioner was very cold hehe, but so far I'm quite satisfied with it Thank you RSJMM for helping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunggu dokternya 2 jam ambil obatnyaa 2 jam rumah sakit kok pelayananyaa lama padahal saya bayar,, banyakin karyawan nya ajaa mahal dikit gak apa asal pelayanan bagus
waiting for the doctor for 2 hours to take the medicine 2 hours at the hospital, how come the service is long even though I paid for it, just a lot of employees, it's a little expensive, it's okay as long as the service is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kmrn Jumat tgl 8 April 2022 sktr jam 14.00 sy mau rontgen krn ada masalah d punggung sy yg sakit. And dg santai nya x mba d bagian pendaftaran Radiologi bilang "tapi hasilnya minggu depan yaaa... krn dokter nya lg sakit...". Tanpa banyak kata kami langsung cari RS lain yg lebih profesional.
Logika mya mba, klo hasil rontgen hrs nunggu seminggu, keburu meninggal pasiennya...!!!!. Tolong ya pengelola RS MM tingkatkan lg SDM & pelayanannya.
Today, Friday, April 8, 2022, around 14.00 I want an X-ray because I have a problem with my back which hurts. And in a relaxed manner, the mba at the Radiology registration section said "but the results are next week... because the doctor is sick...". Without many words, we immediately looked for another hospital that was more professional.
My logic, madam, if the x-ray results have to wait a week, the patient suddenly dies...!!!!. Please, the management of the MM Hospital to improve HR & services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau buat surat keterangan sehat jasmani rohani skbn sampe harus 3 hari bolak balik rs.. Bayar mahal-mahal tapi pelayanan lambat harus nunggu terus di rs dari pagi sampe sore g jelas banget antrian nya. Kecewa bayar mahal-mahal dijanjiin di awal besok hasil lngsung keluar.. Kalau boleh refund mending refund deh..

I want to make a certificate of physical and spiritual health, so I have to go back and forth to the hospital for 3 days.. Paying a lot but the service is slow. I have to wait continuously at the hospital from morning to evening. The queue is very clear. Disappointed to pay expensive fees promised early tomorrow the results will come out right away.. If you can get a refund, it's better to get a refund..
