★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasian k suster/staff pelaksana yg ada di RS ini krn menjalankan tugas dgn manajemen dan sistem yg sgt buruk.
Knp RS memasang poster "tolong hargai staff kami"? mungkin krn sering ada komplain dr pasien.
Pertama kali masuk RS, lgsung bad feeling karena knp di RS ada kucing berkeliaran????
teman saya operasi dsini, hrs bayar test antibodi dan antigen skaligus. dan harganya sgt mahal di atas standar pemerintah, dan knp hrs ada antibodi, bukannya sdh tdk diperlukan? krn sdh ada antigen.
Dan bbrapa tindakan tdk dikonfirmasi dulu kpd penanggung jawab pasien.
Untuk yg berobat di sini, hrs teliti, karena spertinya banyak biaya siluman.
Beruntung biaya operasi tercover perusahaan. Apa jdinya jika orang yg tdk punya biaya dan tdk d cover perusahaan/asuransi??
Laporan operasi dan hasil medis sangat sulit didapat teman saya, padahal biaya yg sangat mahal itu dibayar cash!!
Dan bukankah itu adalah HAK PASIEN??
Permintaan rujukan jg tdk mau memberikan.
Akhirnya teman saya bisa kontrol d RS lain dan dokter di RS lain geleng2 kepala lihat hasil operasi di RS ini.
Menurut saya sangat tdk profesional, tdk transparan, RS melanggar janji mereka sndiri. Sangat buruk.
 Poor nurse / executive staff in this hospital because they carry out their duties with a very bad management and system.
Why did RS put up a "please respect our staff" poster? maybe because there are frequent complaints from patients.
The first time I entered the hospital, I had a bad feeling because why in the hospital there were cats roaming around ????
my friend had an operation here, I have to pay for an antibody and antigen test at the same time. and the price is very expensive above government standards, and why must there be antibodies, aren't they unnecessary? because there is already an antigen.
And some actions have not been confirmed to the person in charge of the patient.
For those who seek treatment here, you must be careful, because it seems that there are a lot of stealth costs.
Luckily the operating costs are covered by the company. What if someone who has no money and does not cover the company / insurance?
Operation reports and medical results are very difficult to get my friend, even though the very expensive fees are paid in cash !!
And isn't that the PATIENT'S RIGHT ??
Referral requests also do not want to provide.
Finally, my friend was able to control at another hospital and the doctor in another hospital shook his head to see the results of the operation at this hospital.
In my opinion, it is very unprofessional, not transparent, the hospital broke their promise. Very bad.

The cost is soooooooooooo expensive....no wonder when I came to this hospital I was already suspicious because it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Dr Dokter perawat dll smua Bagus dan ramah...obat2n nya jg top..kamar+makanan nya jg good...yg pasti bs pke Asuransi.
The service is good
Dr. Doctors, nurses etc. are all good and friendly...the medicines are top too..the rooms+food are also good...which can definitely use insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ralat lagi tahun kemarin 2020 dan sudah ada covid-19 mau cabut gigi disana tapi tidak boleh karna tensi darah tinggi,akhirnya cuma bersihin karang gigi, oke bener tp gak disuruh tes swab tuh??
Tapi kemarin tahun 2021 kok malah disuruh tes swab padahal mau nambal gigi? Berarti telat dong gak dari awal covid.. Haha kocak!
Mau nambal gigi aja disuruh swab dulu? Padahal sudah vaksin 2 kali lho... Apakah rumah sakit ini sangat miskin hingga butuh duit lebih??

I made a mistake again last year 2020 and there was already covid-19 I wanted to take my tooth there but I couldn't because of high blood pressure, in the end I just cleaned the tartar, okay, but didn't ask for a swab test??
But yesterday, in 2021, why were you asked to do a swab test even though you wanted to fill your teeth? That means it's late, isn't it from the start of covid... Haha funny!
Do you want to fill your teeth and ask for a swab first? Even though it's been vaccinated twice, you know... Is this hospital so poor that it needs more money??
Hopefully wise again in replying to public comments!!!!!!!!!!
