Minus point that you might consider
-AC is not so cold, maybe because its old and chinese brand
-The balcony is not enjoyable because its become one with the AC Compressor so its very hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It look more like an apartment, rather than hotel. I came here during covid pandemic, around November last year. Service from hotel employees are good. Such as when we had meal time, food are already packed in box and we can assure that it's in health protocol. For room, I guess hotel's employees did not change the bed linen periodically. For hotel location, it's very strategic because near to toll / highway and business area in Tangerang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vibrant od this hotel was dark, uncomfortable, and boring.
The food they served were soso and quite salty.
The hoteliers were quite unfriendly and just served nothing special., they did not greet the guests nicely.
Yup I think most Horison hotel showed the unkind characteristics such as rude, a bit impolite, dark and scarry room.
Well in my opinion, the boards and the customer's service should pay attention to improve the service from their staffs
I hope for better improvement from this hotel
