delivery has been 2 days past the scheduled time until now it has not been sent either. I have emailed CS many times but no response.

Sudah dibalas sama CS dan katanya ada kesalahan sistem bukan dibobol. Thanks atas reaksi cepatnya.
My UOB card was automatically debited even though I didn't shop today. Guys ... seriously. Don't use this application anymore if you don't want your credit card to be compromised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tgl 20/08 saya TIDAK MELAKUKAN PEMBELANJAAN, tapi credit card UOB yang saya pakai minggu lalu dibobol sebesar 253.858, live chat nunggu sejam lebih tidak di respon, email dan telpon CS juga tidak direspon.
Saya cek pembelanjaan saya minggu lalu tiba2 bisa di MARK UP seenaknya, saya beli apel hanya 4 kg, tiba2 HARI INI bisa berubah menjadi 20 kg. Dada ayam fillet 1 kg bisa berubah menjadi 5 kg, dan beberapa belanjaan lain.
Shopper dari Carrefour Puri Indah bernama MARDIANA. Harap berhati2 berbelanja di honestbee!!! Ini sama aja pembobolan kartu kredit!!!
Today, on 20/08 I DID NOT DO PURCHASE, but the UOB credit card I used last week was compromised for 253,858, live chat waiting for more than an hour was not responded to, email and CS calls were also not responded to.
I checked my purchases last week, suddenly I can MARK UP arbitrarily, I only buy 4 kg of apples, TODAY suddenly turns to 20 kg. 1 kg fillet chicken breast can turn into 5 kg, and some other groceries.
Carrefour Puri Indah's shopper is named MARDIANA. Please be careful shopping with honestbee !!! It's the same as a credit card breakout !!!
