 Service is okay starting from front security, service advisor, waiting room, and other facilities. There is a children's play area. Free meals, snacks and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosedur antrian tidak jelas. Saya diselak sama emak2, saya protes ke pegawai/cs diem aja hanya bilang sudah janjian. Kalo sudah janjian ya gak perlu ambil nomor antri. No antri buat yang mau antri. Saya pun sudah janjian sebelum datang.
Seharusnya antrian sudah by sistem dan dibuat per kategori. Jadi dipanggil berdasarkan urutan.
The queuing procedure is not clear. I was locked up with my mother, I protested to the officer/cs diem just to say it was an appointment. If you have an appointment, you don't need to take the queue number. No queue for those who want to queue. I also made an appointment before coming.
The queue should be by the system and created by category. So called based on sequence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobil baru 6 bulan udah disodorin disuruh ganti ini itu katanya, lalu bayar sampai 1,5 juta, giliran servis di tempat lain, masih free karena masih masa perawatan.. merasa ditipu, mencari keuntungan dari awamnya cust. Lebih baik service di tempat lain, yg mengutamakan cust bukan keuntungan..
Baru 2 hari service selang wiper udah lepas pula.. ?
