★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak terlalu rame, ruang tunggunya lumayan bagus, ada kursi pijatnya segala.
Tapi kemarin lagi puasa ke sini, jadi yah nunggunya di rumah aja.
Biaya? Yah mahal lah, namanya juga bengkel resmi. Kalau mau gak mahal ya ke bengkel umum...hehehe.
Kualitas? Yah standar bengkel resmi, mau tingkat seperti apa lagi? Hehehe
 Not too crowded, the waiting room is pretty good, there are massage chairs all.
But yesterday we were fasting here, so just wait for it at home.
Cost? Well it's expensive, the name is also an official workshop. If you want it not expensive, go to a public repair shop ... hehehe.
Quality? Well the standard of an official workshop, what level do you want? Hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang sabtu pagi untuk servis + ganti oli. As expected, harga service honda memang lebih mahal. Namun fasilitas dan keramahan staff sangat memadai. Ada ruang tunggu ber AC, self service coffee corner, dan TV.
Hal yg bisa ditingkatkan adalah perlunya proaktif dari staff/teknisi untuk memberi info apakah kendaraan masih lama diservis nya, atau bagian apa yg perku ditambahkan/diganti. Kemarin saya perlu 2x tanya terlebih dahulu untuk mendapat info tersebut. Jadinya juga molor, dari estimasi 3 jam, menjadi setelah makan siang, padahal saya menunggu di tempat.
Rekomen untuk ditinggal saja saat mobil diservis dan datang pagi, karena lebih sepi dan segera dipegang teknisi. Jika terlalu siang, siap2 ramai dan antri lama.
Came Saturday morning for service + oil change. As expected, the price of Honda service is indeed more expensive. However, the facilities and the friendliness of the staff are very adequate. There is an air-conditioned waiting room, self service coffee corner, and TV.
What can be improved is the need for proactive staff/technicians to provide information on whether the vehicle is still being serviced, or what parts need to be added/replaced. Yesterday I had to ask twice in advance to get this info. So it was also delayed, from an estimated 3 hours, to after lunch, even though I was waiting on the spot.
It is recommended to just leave the car when the car is serviced and come in the morning, because it is quieter and is immediately handled by a technician. If it's too late, be prepared to be busy and queue for a long time.
