★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit 2 times for body paint , why I come back ? Because they have good service, can pick up & deliver the car which I couldn’t find in others and now have an apps to see the progress of body paint. The staff also so helpful. Keep on good work!

1. Change front bumper
2. Body repair back door
3. Change plate number
The service coordinator wrote on service order sheet that it could be finished in a week by 7-8/Apr, but they would call me if it get finished earlier.
After a week, I sent WA first on 7/Apr, he said he would check and let me know. Never reply with the info I requested. Ask my local friend to call and check and he said the car needs to be repainted and could be finished by Sat, 10/Apr. I said okay then asked what time approx. He said he will check and update me next morning. Never return the message next day.
On 9/Apr, I contacted again to check the collection time and he said he will check and let me know. Never return the message. Ask my friend again to check and now he does not even pickup her call. My friend asked another friend to call, then he immediately pickup and told us the car would be ready 9-10AM Sat morning. Fine enough so far. The service coordinator may get so busy. I get that.
I visited Sat morning. The service was incomplete. My plate number was expired and that was the reason that I asked to change with the new one but still old plate was there. And the bengkel service guy said he never received such request from the service coordinator. I showed him the service order sheet and it's written there "ganti plat nomor polisi". At that point, I lost control myself. Sorry for the yelling and scolding to other innocent service team people there, but your company definitely needs to improve your service system.
