Untuk kedepannya coba lebih diperbaiki kembali pelayanan saat kita ingin service dan teknisinya supaya lebih teliti kembali dan saran untuk @HondaIndonesia tolong dikontrol untuk tempat service nya dari segi pelayanan dan lainnya

β β β β β Itu cowo di front office bagian service tgl 27mei siapa sih. Kalo gk terima komplain bilang aja, jgn salahin customer yg wkt dtg gk service besar, wkt dtg gk sebutin masalah ke montir. Wkt dtg service kan ud ditny jwb sama admin cewe d meja, kendala nya apa aja, emg diarahin ke montir ? Kalo hrs service besar, saranin dong, emg pelanggan tau. Mulut mu gk ada otak nya !!!!

Pelayanan : customer merasa tidak di hargai, tidak ramah dalam menjawab setiap pertanyaan yang disampaikan ke montirnya, tidak menanyakan keluhan kepada customer bahkan dipersilahkan duduk pun tidak, sehingga kami pun tidak merasa nyaman berada di tempat.
Tidak tepat waktu, booking jam set 10, jam 10:40 masih belum di handle juga.
Montir A bilang seperti ini, montir B bilang yang lain. Tidak konsisten, tidak ada ketentuan yang jelas.
Operator banyak ngobrol dan malah main HP (tidak proffesional)
Perlu diperbaiki lagi dari segi pelayanan, karena menurut saya "pelayanan" salah satu hal terpenting juga dalam memberikan kualitas, apalagi keterkaitan dengan kenyamanan customer.
Terimakasih, Mohon ditindak lanjuti dan diperbaiki.

Service: the customer feels unappreciated, unfriendly in answering any questions submitted to the mechanic, does not ask the customer for complaints and is not even invited to sit down, so we don't feel comfortable being in the place.
Not on time, booking at set 10, 10:40 is still not handled either.
Mechanic A says something like this, mechanic B says something else. Inconsistent, there are no clear provisions.
Operators talk a lot and even play cellphones (not proffesional)
It needs to be improved in terms of service, because in my opinion "service" is one of the most important things in providing quality, especially in relation to customer convenience.

Ketika saya sampai d bengkel Honda Kalimantan... saya servis... d sapa dengan cs y Honda Kalimantan...tetapi pas saya lagi bicara dengan kepala bengkel..tentang perihal spertpart ...dia bicara sambil main hp...sudah gitu ...nada suaranya tinggi...gak ad ramah 2 nya...tolong d tegur kepala bengkel y...klo melayani consumen yg sopan dan ramah....janagn Mandang sebelah mata... terimakasih..semoga kinerjanya kepala bengkel...lebih profesional...

I want to complain...2 weeks ago..I serviced at the Honda Kalimantan branch, Jembatan Lima.....the customer service mechanic was very friendly and polite...but..I really love it...as the head of the service workshop impolite and unfriendly...should be... the head of the workshop should be a role model for his subordinates...
When I arrived at the Honda Kalimantan workshop... I serviced it... I was greeted by cs y Honda Kalimantan... but when I was talking to the head of the workshop... about spare parts... he was talking while playing on his cellphone... already I see...the voice is high...there are no friendly...please reprimand the head of the workshop...if you serve polite and friendly consumers...don't look down on one's eyes...thank you..hope it works workshop head...more professional...

β β β β β Parah banget service di Honda Kalimantan jembatan lima bukannya motor makin bener malah makin rusak,baru 2 hari di service motor udah ga bisa nyala. Kalau emang ga bisa service bilang jangan malah ngerusakin motor orang. Setiap service selalu keluar uang banyak tapi selesai service juga ada aja masalahnya gimana sih. Entah apa yang mereka betulkan. Pelayanan nya juga kurang bagus. Payahhhhh!!! Ga lagi-lagi service di situ kapok
