★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ini merupakan markas besar pengurus pusat INKAI. Tiap tahunnya, di sini diadakan Ujian Dan Khusus serta kegiatan Pendidikan nasional INKAI. Selain itu, tempat ini dijadikan tempat pemusatan latihan (TC) atlet-atlet INKAI berprestasi sebelum mengikuti event-event penting kejuaraan karate. Di tempat ini terdapat beberapa Ruang untuk sekretariat, Ruang Dewan Guru, Mess atlet, Aula, serta dilengkapi Ruang Mushala.
 This place is the headquarters of the INKAI central board. Every year, there are special and special examinations and INKAI national education activities held here. In addition, this place is used as a training center (TC) for INKAI athletes to excel before participating in important karate championship events. In this place there are several rooms for the secretariat, the Teacher Council Room, athletes' mess, a hall, and a prayer room.
