Walau lokasi strategis, tetapi tempatnya nyaman dan tenang, karena berada di area pemukiman. Ada 3 Kamar, kamar mandi dalam, dapur, kulkas, kamar mandi tamu, sofa couch, TV, dll.
Tempat bersih, nyaman, lengkap, parkiran luas, fasilitas juga lengkap, ada WiFi, dll. Ada outdoor seat yang nyaman untuk berkumpul dan makan-makan bersama.
Pas untuk homestay keluarga maupun kelompok kecil.
