Saya pilih laundry ini karena peralatan nya bagus, ga semua laundry peralatan nya kaya dia.
Tapi service nya ZERO!
1. Baju anak saya lama2 ilang2 mulu nyuci disini.
2. Saya Laundry sprei, saya taruh di mereka, saya pasrahin totalan nya ke mereka biar mereka yg ngabarin saya. Mereka yg salah harga, Eh kok mereka nyolot ke adek saya bilang klo kita ga ngasih tau klo yg di cuci itu sprei. Lah mereka yang ngecek berat cucian saya, ngasih totalan ke saya, kenapa mereka yang gak ngecek apa yg di cuci. ANEH!
3. Adek saya ambil service 24 jam. Bayar di awal. Setelah 24 jam lebih mau di ambil, dibilang belom bisa karena belom di cuci, padahal itu mau di pake kerja. Trus mau minta refund karena barang gak jadi sesuai janji, katanya ga bisa refund karena udah bayar di awal.
Bener2 pegawai kalian ya..

They were the ones who got the wrong price, Eh, how come they stuck to my sister, I said that we didn't tell you that what was washed was a bed sheet. It was they who checked the weight of my laundry, giving me the total, why didn't they check what was washed. STRANGE!
3. My sister takes 24 hour service. Pay in advance. After 24 hours, I wanted to pick it up, I said I couldn't because I hadn't washed it, even though I wanted to use it for work. Then I wanted to ask for a refund because the item didn't turn out as promised, he said it couldn't be refunded because I paid for it in advance.
