★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for wheel finish balance. Result was 3 wheels had to be balance and 1 wheel was good no problem.but they charge me for 4 wheels and when I complain they just said that just checking is considered 4 wheels. Not recommended ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get my tire repaired. Turned out my sister's tire threads are all over the map.. the wear is uneven and they're probably never gone through rotation. The technician if you can call them one ? is not proactive. You have to tell them and even then not very responsive.. oh well.. finally got them rotated to the best until next tire purchase. In the end they did their job just have to be directed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally do the tire work at the side road near Pluit Village Mall. It is not a tire workshop but the service has been consistent, humble and great. Since it was already late afternoon, they possibly already closed. I saw one of the tire got punctured by a bolt. I took my car to this workshop. Instead of using the proper tool i.e plier to easily pull out the bolt they used sharp object such as tubeless tyre puncture tool to dig the bolt out, they digged one side and the other side of the punctured bolt, but they struggled to free the bolt. They don't know how to use proper tool until you teach them. Do you really need a customer(s) to educate you how to properly treat a customer or a tire?
Everybody needs to take a closer look on how they behave towards your car. How they handle your tire is potentially compromising your safety. Keep that in mind!
