Mohon maaf sebelumnya. Saya mewakili pemanen sawit afd 4 kebun cikasungka. Kenapa pemanen dipindah pindahkan kerjanya dbagi jdi dua mandor. Jarak tempuh kerja kami jdi semakin jauh. Pdahal kmi sudah sangat nyaman bkerja. Tambah lgi tdinya pemuat ada 3 grup skarang jdi 2 grup. Itu artinya yg satu grup harus keluar. Pdahal kmi sangat tergantung dri sampingan muat sawit. Lumayan buat resiko dapur buat ongkos sekolah. Sekarang kmi tida punya sampingan lgi gara2 peraturan holding harus dua mandor. Mohon pa supaya menormalkan lagi pekerja sawit. Saya berharaf bapa mengerti keinginan kami.

I apologize. I represent the 4 cikasungka palm oil harvesters. Why are harvesters being transferred to two foremen? Our work distance is getting farther. Even though we are very comfortable working. In addition, there are 3 groups now in 2 groups. That means one group must leave. Even though we really depend on the side loading of oil palm. Not bad for the kitchen risk for school fees. Now we don't have any side because the holding rules have to be two foremen. Please, pa, to normalize oil palm workers again. I wish Father understood our wish.
