★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say it has kinda bad order management. I ordered takeaway, the waiter said that A component on my order has to be cooked after I ordered, then I agreed to wait. When I asked about my order, a waitress said that the A has been cooked completeley, but B hasn't cooked yet (in fact, earlier the waiter didn't say anything about B when I ordered). I am really fine and willing to wait if earlier the waiter told me that A and B needed tp be prepared. In the end, I waited for 45mins for my order to be complete. It was really annoying.
Anw, It was a promo day, so they might be flooded by many customers. But still.... it is not a proper customers' order management. Please do consider fixing this bcs I was not the only one who got annoyed because of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love Hoka hoka bento. I think this is the best Japanese fast food restaurant. It has a lot of menu variety and taste very nice. My special favorite is Shrimp Dumpling, Ekado, and Tori Roll. My husband's favorite is Yakini and Chicken Teriyaki. My daughter loves chicken Katsu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the foodcourt at third floor of ITC Depok. I came here to try go mobile promo. At first there was a dispute whether which menu is included in the promo. After they tried, we found that my opinion was right.
It has two areas for dining in, one right at the side of the restaurant and one else in front of it and it fenced (for HokBen customers only). It is a little bit hot here.
I came at lunch time, so the queuing is quite long.
