★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget sama ekspedisinya. Dicoba untuk dihubungi berkala untuk menanyakan surat jalan kembali tp no response. Sudah hampir 1 bulan surat jalan tidak kembali berimbas dipenagihan. Bener bener kecewa sih
Very disappointed with the expedition. Tried to be contacted periodically to ask for a return letter but no response. It has been almost 1 month that the letter of travel has not been returned and has resulted in being billed. Really really disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirim barang elektronik ke Sumatra pake Himeji ini recommended banget ga pake ribet. Bisa minta packing kayu juga kalau kuantiti nya banyak dan pengen lebih aman. Cs nya juga responsif dh pokonya. Mantab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sya punya pengalaman ngirim beberapa kali via Himeji. Awalnya bagus tapi makin ke sini respon sering lambat, baru-baru ini saat komplain, sebegitu slow respon bahkan terkesan cuek. Masa harus ngegas baru bisa direspon. Plus, barang yg sya kirim tdk pernah diantar sampai di alamat tujuan, hanya sampai di kota tujuan di kantor agen. Alasannya, lokasi sulit dijangkau truk pengantar. Emang truk segede apa? Lokasinya di lorong (yg dilalui mobil tiap harinya) persis dilewati jalan raya. Klo pun ga bisa truk, emang ga bisa kendaraan lain? Selama ini kami sendiri yg harus ambil ke agen. Lah trus buat apa nulis alamat lengkap? Pengiriman yg terakhir ini benar-benar mengecewakan. Gak lagi deh pake jasa ekspedisi ini.
I have experience sending several times via Himeji. At first it was good but now the response is often slow, recently when I complained, the response was so slow it even seemed indifferent. It's time to gasp before you can respond. Plus, the goods I sent were never delivered to the destination address, only arrived at the destination city at the agent's office. The reason is that the location is difficult to reach by delivery trucks. What big truck is it? The location is in the alley (which the car passes every day) just past the highway. Even if you can't get a truck, can't other vehicles? So far, we ourselves have to take it to the agent. Then why write the full address? This last delivery was really disappointing. I no longer use this expedition service.
