★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sangat kecewa…. Pertama n terakhir dech…. Lama, janjinya 3 hari jadi, dateng hari ke-4, baju dicari gak ada, hari ke-5 gak ada, hari ke-6 ternyata baru selese, ambil sambil nunggu dipack lama banget…. Ternyata hasil ZONK masih bau apek… Rugi, ku cari laundry lain n cuci ulang….
Very very disappointed…. First n last dech…. It's been a long time, the promise was 3 days, came on the 4th day, the clothes I was looking for were not there, the 5th day wasn't there, the 6th day turned out to be just finished, took it while waiting for it to be packed for a very long time…. It turned out that the results of ZONK still smell musty… Loss, I'm looking for another laundry and re-washing it….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lain kali tolong diperhatikan lagi ya, setidaknya ada perkataan maaf, barang udah sebulan lebih belum dkirim tp gada maaf sama sekali, plus barang di antar ga lengkap.
Kasus sebelumnya jg sama, barang ada yg ketinggalan bilang mw cek smpe bolak balik kesana ga ktmu, akhirnya sy yg liat sendiri barangya ada di rak di toko,kalo ga ilang selamanya dhe disana ga di akui siapa2.
Udah gtu gada kata maaf juga, saya masih biarin. Skrg ud lebih dari 2x sih agak kterlaluan. Pernah hasil cucian pun belum kering jadi bau tapi saya ga komplain apa2.
Makasih ya bwt pengalaman laundry nya. ??

The previous case was the same, something was left behind, I said I would check it back and forth to you, finally I saw it myself on the shelf in the store, if it doesn't disappear forever, no one will admit it
There's no such thing as sorry, I'm still letting it go. Now more than 2x is a bit too much. Even the laundry results haven't dried yet so they smell bad but I don't complain about anything.
