★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of stuff they sale is amazing. They also have a good selection of meat and seafood product that they sale. But unfortunately when i went there to buy some stuff i need. They don't have a thing or two that i need. But the things im looking for is kinda specific so it's no big deal. A great supermarket overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and very convienient for people who lives in nearby apartment or houses to buy your daily grocery needs. Parking can be tricky when it is crowded as thr parking space is limited. You have to pay for parking to the parking guy. Most of the supermarket staff are long timer, very kind and helpful, but very laid back a bit slower in response but it has not bothered me. Inside the supermarket is quite clean and comfortable for shopping. There are ATM, starbucks, krispy kreme and baskin robin next to or inside the supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live nearby for almost a decade now. So, the supermarket I visit anytime I need groceries is Hero. They have various imported products that we can't find in local market, of course with its competitive price range. Hero offers some sale. If you're really into counting, you can get the conclusion that they also offer cheapest prices in some stuff. The staff are always very friendly, sometimes they offer vouchers of Krispy Kreme, which located only few blocks away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest supermarket in Jakarta. Located next to Hotel Kristal and right in front of Hampton Park Apartment. The supermarket had been there since early 90s. Not too many parking space there. The supermarket itself is quite an upscale, you can find premium and imported brand groceries there.

Friendly staffs, good-looking uniforms, fresh products, the location is easy to access, wonderful offers that save your pockets. This supermarket is such a Hero! ^_^

Almost all imported brands are available
Fresh vegetables and fruits are of good quality (on higher price though)
Around 20-30 brands of milk options are available
Complete sections of juices.. beers.. jams and non veg are available
Toilet is available on the first floor but you may need to ask for directions
They have a small pharmacy inside on the ground floor
For Indian vegetarians: You won't find wheat flour here.. all varieties of rice and whole moong is available but not other lentils
Staff is very helpful and almost everyone speaks English
There is a money exchange section on the ground floor here near the billing counter
Also, you can buy a Sim here
Sufficient car parking area
ATM just adjacent to this place and a laundry store too
