★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service. there is a doctor who keeps one person who has no conscience when the patient is in a coma casually telling the family that the patient does not last long ... and nurses who are slow and not friendly to the patient's family ..Until the patient's dead..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say the medical service is good. BUT= The parking fee is just too expensive for an open parking area (no roof). The toilet (gent) is not clean and stink for a hospital. Need a dedicated janitor to look over the toilet intensively and keep it clean! Additonal important note: I know doctor has personal live and things to do out there, and sometimes came late from their schedule. But Patient has a right to have doctor on time too. Being late 15-30minutes is OK for me. But 1 hour and more is not acceptable.
Please the management mind this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is easy to reach located next to Metland Cilengsi. The staff were not that helping and unfriendly. This was the first time I went to this hospital and I don't know what to do. The staff only pointing at some papers with unpleasant expression. The woman restroom is very dirty, stinky and smelly. It was very bad. No toilet tissue, no soap, footprint everywhere and the water running all the time make the restroom wet. The doctor was not good as well. I was seeing dr imelda. The schedule must be at 8. The staff said she would come at 8.30 but she came at 9.30. The patients were waiting so long. She was also unfriendly and didn't give clear information. Seems like she was in hurry. But some people said that another doctor were good. May be I should see another doctor for the next visit.

I am going to have an OP tonight, the administration staff told me to check in around 10-11 am, and guess what? I have to wait for 4 hours to get a room which I already booked a few days before.
This bad service start since they accept BPJS. Along with that come the long queue, miscommunication, etc.
Hope they will improve the service soon, before other new hospital open soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bad hospital. Couple times never get a good service, very slow and emergency unit cannot diagnose the patient well. How can a patient with covid syndrome diagnosed with 'greges'. That's the doctor said. And after 3 days, the patient helpless. Please, don't just looking for money, you fight with people's life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience when my dad was hospitalized there a couple of years ago. Some nurses are so rude. Me and my families were waiting for since in the morning for the doctor, then finally the doctor came at 9 pm, and she just check a little bit but didn't say anything about the blood test result or any update about his condition, she just came for formality. My dad's condition was even worse after drinking the medicine when hospitalized for 3 days there, and he asked to go home because he didn't feel comfortable at all with the service and the medicine just made him weaker. When he went to other hospital and drank the medicine, he got recover so fast. Hopefully this hospital improve their service, and serve patients with heart!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was my bad experience, the hospital is not that clean especially the toilet is so dirty. also the service some of the nurses are not really show they hospitality to me and it doesnt make me comfortable. it took so long to get the laboratorium result, they said i should wait for 40 minutes but the truth is ive been waiting more than 2 hours. not recomended hospital.
