Called at 9 am for delivery; the guy who picked up the phone said that today they have already too many requests for deliveries and they cannot do anymore deliveries. I should get my order myself. Another option he said is for "me" to order an online motorbike to pick it up, but since Henk's Pizza is not yet on these online applications, I will need to put in the effort to talk to the driver to explain an area I am not familiar of and provide him directions. I asked whether Henk's Pizza can do it for me; the guy stated he is too busy to do so because he's already also ordering online motorbikes to pick up other deliveries. So, he's able to do that for other customers but not for me? Kind of put off to try this pizza no matter how good it tastes because of such poor customer service.
