★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Apartment itself and the environment is perfect. Thing that made this apartment worst than ever is The Management Staffs of the Apartment, especially the Tenant Relation staff. So unhelpful, unethical (they talk in the back of the owner and tenant), and have a tendency even in corruption, the Maintenance fee never been used for the good of resident there for example in my floor, the Trash Room's light is out since i moved in here (from almost 2,5 years ago) and up till now the management didnt even bother to change the light bulb, so where the super duper expensive maintenance fee goes?? to their pocket i guess.. Too much unnecessary rules which makes the owner feels like they didnt own the unit, the rules often feel overeacting, silly, and feels like they were a dictator. Lots of corruption report on the tenant relations staff. The second one that bothering the most is the "Perhimpunan Pengurus Rumah Susun/PPRS or RT RW of apartment".. They were corrupt and behind the bad performance of the staffs. They even got caught having nepotism act in bringing a monopolized renting system in this apartment and the monopoly of Parking System and Fee.. This person affiliated bad performance need to change and this apartment will have 5 star..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great. Near Scientia Square Park and food court area. But well I don't know there's power failure or else but often here. Overall, it's a nice place and I love the music festival, it can heard from the residence. 4,5/5
