★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk ukuran biaya/bulannya yg range 300-400an, fasilitasnya udah termasuk oke. Alat2 yg lengkap utk semua bagian tubuh, ada ruangan khusus utk body building. Shower air dingin & panas, sauna, loker, dispenser air minum, dan kelas2 yg termasuk lengkap (zumba, aerobik, muay thai, dance, etc). Ada jg cycling class yg jadi favorit. Mungkin yg kurang adl di PT nya yg kurang inisiatif utk approach kalo ada yg merasa kesulitan/salah mengoperasikan alat. Selain itu instruktur utk cycling class kurang greget.
For the size of the cost / month range 300-400, the facilities are already okay. Complete tools for all body parts, there is a special room for body building. Cold & hot shower, sauna, locker, drinking water dispenser, and complete classes (zumba, aerobics, muay thai, dance, etc). There are also cycling classes that are favorites. Maybe those who are lacking in the PT are lacking the initiative to approach if there are people who find it difficult / wrong to operate the equipment. In addition, the instructor for cycling classes is lacking interest.
